Allegranza Chardonnay is a white wine from Castilla-La Mancha that reflects the freshness and authenticity of high-altitude vineyards in the heart of Spain. Made from Chardonnay grapes sourced from vines aged between 12 and 25 years, this wine is born in an environment of extreme continental climate, where long, hot summers and an altitude ranging from 600 to 800 meters allow for balanced ripening while preserving natural freshness.
These unique vineyard conditions result in a Chardonnay with remarkable aromatic intensity and vibrant acidity, key hallmarks of the modern style of wines from Castilla-La Mancha. The strong day-to-night temperature variation helps retain fruity aromas and adds elegance to the wine.
In the glass, it shows a bright pale yellow color. On the nose, it is expressive and aromatic, with notes of ripe tropical fruit such as pineapple and lychee, complemented by subtle hints of vanilla and a delicate touch of oak.
On the palate, it is well-balanced, medium-bodied, with fresh and lively acidity that brings energy, leading to a long and persistent finish.
A versatile and contemporary Chardonnay, perfect for those seeking a fresh, fruit-driven Spanish white wine with a refined touch of complexity.

The winemaking of Allegranza Chardonnay 2025 is focused on preserving varietal expression while enhancing structural complexity. Following a cold maceration, fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures (14–16 ºC) to retain primary aromas.
The wine undergoes 3 months of ageing on lees, adding volume and texture, followed by 4 months in American oak barrels, which contribute subtle notes of vanilla and spice.
The result is a balanced Chardonnay with good structure and a harmonious integration of freshness and complexity.
